Wicoff to report for junior Time

Clara Wicoff, 12, has been selected to work as as a kid, not cub, reporter for Time for Kids, a junior spinoff of the weekly news journal Time Magazine, for the school year.
Wicoff was one of 12 youths across the country selected for the prestigious post. Past reporters have attended political conventions and ridden up in the Goodyear blimp.
On the Time for Kids Web site, is an interview with Clara. Asked what her dream assignment would be as a reporter, Clara said: “I’d like to interview Sasha and Malia Obama and talk to them about what it’s like to live in the White House.”
Clara’s favorite activity is to read, she said. Her most recent book was “Cassandra’s Sister, Growing Up Jane Austen,” by Veronica Bennett.
