Add some zeros

In an editorial concerning the deal struck between Sunflower Electric and Gov. Mark Parkinson, the word “million” was omitted at an important place near the end of the piece.
If legislators agree to what has been negotiated, Sunflower would be required to offset 3 million tons of carbon dioxide produced by generation, which would leave “3.7 million tons (not 3.7 tons as was mistakenly reported) of the greenhouse gas to stream into the atmosphere above Kansas.”
