Eagle boys win TRL game

UNIONTOWN — Uniontown High’s Eagles and St. Paul High’s Indians meet only once this season. It was Tuesday night and it was the Three Rivers League opener for both teams.
The Eagles rallied from a 35-31 deficit to pull out a 56-47 win. Uniontown outscored visiting St. Paul 25-14 in the fourth quarter.
Uniontown improved to 2-3 overall and 1-0 in TRL play. St. Paul dropped to 2-2 and 0-1.
The Eagles led 21-16 at halftime. The Indians went on a 17-10 run in the third to gain the advantage.
DuShaun Robinson controlled things inside with 19 points for the Eagles. Ben Dixon tossed in 16.
St. Paul got 11 points from D.J. Vitt.
Uniontown hosts Pleasanton Friday.
